Gnorm visits Zion Canyon

Gnorm was busting at the seams trying to get out of his knapsack! (It might have been the heat!) We gave him some "A/C" by throwing in a few cold bottles of water. He settled down and took the shuttle ride up into the Canyon just fine. He was awe struck when he got to see where we "hiked" him. He wasn't used to the red dirt of the canyon. He had to clean his boots off each time we set him down to take in a vista. Gnorm found Zion different than the Grand Canyon in that he is down at the bottom of the canyon, look up at the shear rock walls. His perspective was somewhat confused, but he adjusted to it just fine.

We let Gnorm ride in the open window of the shuttle on the return to the Visitor Center. He couldn't get enough of the wind in his face and panoramathat unfolded before his eyes.

Gnorm was a great traveler today so we let him sit outside to watch the sunset on the rock wall in front of the camper. While taking the photo of our "camper vista," something Gnorm was doing caught my attention. He had jumped out of his seat and made it toward my beer. I zoomed in on the "wise guy" to see him... well, look for yourselves... that rascal was trying to get into my beer!

He was relegated to the "sack" for an early night!
